Hi, I'm Emerson, but free to call me Emmie (all my friends call me Emmie). I'm a Designer and Researcher currently based in Chicago. I'm a graduate of Northwestern University's MS in Engineering Design Innovation, which is a fancy way of saying I spent 18 months fully immersed in product design, user research, and human-centered design principles.

My experience includes building designs from scratch, guiding impactful research, and creating user-centered, intuitive products and services that solve real problems.
